My problem started after I went to a boarding school. I was only 14, and at first I missed my family a lot. I often called them and cried on the phone. But after two weeks, I found I enjoyed being with my classmates at school.

One night, I was sitting in my kitchen half listening as my 15-year-old brother Tommy fought with my 12-year-old brother Kevin. I didn’t notice when Kevin ran up the stairs with hurt on his face.

The Girl From the Street
The workers who brought the girl to the orphanage(孤儿院)knew little about her. The streets where they found her had been her home for many years. Her parents were unknown. They left her long ago.
