Young people and old people do not always agree. They sometimes have difficult ideas about living, working and playing. In one special program in Florida State, adults and teenagers learn to live together in a friendly way.
Every summer 80 teenagers and 40 adults live together for six weeks as members of a special work group. Everybody works several hours every day. 一、指导思想

为了高中阶段的英语教学可以比较顺利的展开，使学生打牢英语学习基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型、语法分插于10个单元的.新课教学中。
2、英语学习方法的指导和学习习惯的培养

各科通用的学习习惯

C：课后及时复习的习惯。及时复习能加深和巩固对新学知识的理解和记忆;
D：良好的完成作业习惯。

5、备课组成员之间互相听课
备课组成员之间互相听课，不一定是整个备课组统一进行，而是自行看着课程表安排，有空堂就可以商量互相听课，并且在互相听课之后互相评课。对照发下去的课堂教学评估标准，帮助对方检查是否都达到了要求，把评课重点放在学生在这节课是否学有所得，学生是否动起来了。
